there is a photo exhibiton on 11 july and 12 july for pple who love photography..(the beginners one like me). I got 2 pics selected to be exhibited :)

when finished. i get to take the A2 print-outs home :)

our tech side is trying to pull a fast one on us...

we asked for a replacement for a 6 year old laptop..

we specified what we needed for the laptop.. we asked for a DVD drive, DVD playback, VLC and the whole host of codecs, the USB ports to be unlocked...

they just gave us a laptop which is lying around.. granted it's bloody powerful, but for crying out loud, we need to play DVDs for presentations, and the fricken thing doesn't even have an onboard optical drive...

i've asked them to "confirm" the laptop.. a gentler way of asking them to read what we need it for...
